The Cannabis Shop® by Hemp Brothers was born from the idea of two friends who have been working in the global hemp industry for years, acquiring solid experience in this sector.
The franchise was created with the aim of developing a business model focused on identifying and consistently offering high-quality products, providing professionalism and support to each of our affiliates. This is why The Cannabis Shop® is the first Cannabis Franchise registered in the specific trademark registry of the European Community, which guarantees membership in a clearly identifiable company.

To achieve this, we have a top-level international law firm that ensures compliance with all regulations and laws governing each of the countries where the franchise operates.
Does the investment for the franchise include?
Use of The Cannabis Shop by Hemp Brothers brand, related logos for recognition, and consultancy during the initial phase of the business.
Use of coordinated brand image.

Full setup of the store with dimensions ranging from 10 to 30 square meters, excluding general construction and masonry work.

The cost of the franchise starts at 14.900€
The first installment of €10,000 (where applicable) will be paid upon signing the contract; the remaining sum will be divided into 2 parts, the first part 30 days from the store opening date and the second part at 60 days. The last two amounts must be guaranteed by securities.
If the appropriate location has not been found, it is possible to request exclusivity for a specific area of the city where the franchisee intends to open, by paying a deposit of 3.000€, which will be deducted at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement.
In this way, you have 4 months to find, even with our help, the most suitable location in which to open our store. Once the aforementioned period has elapsed without signing the contract, this amount cannot be refunded. The area of the commercial space must be between 10 and 30 m2.
Our franchise, in some EU countries, has established agreements with some financial institutions through which this project can be financed; in this case, the franchise fee will be paid in full at the time of the loan concession.
The franchise formula we propose is a tried and tested business model at a European level.
Depending on the city’s population and tourist flow in the area where the store will be opened, we can determine the expected turnover, which can reach up to €700,000 annually, and pre-tax profits can be up to 40%. Our team will assist you in choosing the right store location.
The main success lies beyond logistical and operational matters, in the positioning of a distinct, unique and differentiated space that stands out against a trendy venue.
Location is important, with a high flow of people. The franchise has a dedicated team to provide support in the search for premises located in prime areas of different locations.
